What makes slipsilk™ different from ordinary silk?
Slipsilk™ is specially-commissioned and made to our exacting standards, developed and refined over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk with a thickness of 22 momme.
How do I care for my silk pillowcase?
To maintain the quality of your silk, we recommend a pH neutral liquid detergent and machine washing on a cold/delicate cycle. For best results, place your Slip® products in a mesh laundry bag and line dry in the shade.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
